Results are disastrous when you awaken sexuality in anyone before they're ready. I've read the writings of a woman who escaped from a Belgian brothel. She was lucky. That brothel beheads girls when they turn 17. Papua New Guinea is sick. The kids don't want sex for normal reasons. They learn that their only value is sexual value, and need to seduce to convince themselves they aren't worthless. This is monstrous.

And individuals have their level of affect as well: Maybe some underage girls legitimately are just wilder and want something with an older man and just want to jump into the pond in terms of things and others don't realize that they made a mistake til years down the road and still some don't really understand what's going on at the time.

I think trauma can be serious regardless of gender so I think both underage girls and guys can experience large scale negative affects from trauma.
I think its easier to abuse any underage. They're very vulnerable and easy to exploit.

If it's not incest or molestation, maybe not. If it is a younger girl and not a virgin, maybe not at all.
If I had to guess I'd say girls are more affected because girls are always taught to take sex more seriously than boys are, and in general girls and women do take it a bit more seriously.
I don't know tho I haven't talked to very many people about that who have experienced it. What I do know is it depends very heavily on whether it was really consensual or not, and when it's kids with authority figures, that's really hard to know for sure until it's far too late.
Tbh I don't think it really matters who is more affected. Both are affected and I think both should be protected from it. Age of consent is a very good thing even if it is a bit arbitrary around the exact dividing line.
I think that there's not a lot of studies involving trauma from underage sex in boys. So any data set that anyone can refer to is probably very skewed.

By that I mean, a 5-year-old, male or female, will be adversely affected more than a 10-year-old, and a 10-year-old will be more adversely than, say, a 15-year-old. This is assuming, of course, that the 15-year-old's, male or female, are consenting to sex. Remember, Jesus' mother was 12 when she gave birth to Jesus, so the story goes. This means, she had to have barely been 12, or more likely, she was 11 when she was impregnated. So this means that, by the laws of THIS country, God was a pedophile. Is it any wonder that pedophiles the world over don't see what they're doing as wrong.
