Well you've got to look at it from your son's pov. I like thong bikinis to and love to go topless or even nude at beaches in Spain where that's allowed but I would never do that in say front of my father of brothers on a family holiday. You don't want your hormonal teenage son to have confused sexual desires towards you that he can't help do you?
Shiiii, it would be inappropiate if you decided to go to a nude beach, that could be awkward. But a thong? Shii, thongs are great I think. And during swimming? I think that's the perfect place to flex the thongs.
