Do You Think Parents Should Buy Their Teen Children Vibrators? Did Your Parent Buy You One?

My friend (who is 19) bought herself one recently. Her mother found it and threw it away.
My friend said, "I can't blame her. If I was a mom I'd throw my child's vibrator away, too."
So, it got me thinking what others think about stuff like that.

  • My mom bought me one as a teenager

  • I bought my own.

  • she's 19.. Mom has no right to do that to an adult offspring.. No i would not do that to my child. And i would rather my daughter used toys than go out and get pregnant at a young age.. If i had a daughter that is. And yes im one of those unpopular people that would buy one for her if she asked me to.

  • My daughter has a friend who's mom bought her a vibrating dildo for her 14th birthday.
That information was offered up and I changed the subject...😳

  • I'd let them. Using a vibrator while young is better than getting a real dick.

  • It is difficult question. We don't have kid for the moment but question inspired me to discuss it with wife. She is of the opinion that first parents should carefully their daughter and if they find her sexually active (alone) they should get a toy buy for her just to keep her safe from unwanted sex adventure.

  • My mom bought me one when i turn 13 i will buy one for my daughter

  • C. It's not good for you.

  • The friend should buy another one and TELL her mother not to toss it. She is an adult and can have whatever she wants!

  • No. You will always get the wrong one. All I ended up doing is buying the batteries.
girlfriend doesn't need them it just plugs in the walk to recharge..

  • Thats up to the parents an kids most would feel uncomfortable but i heard of a guy buying his daughter 1 cuz she asked him cuz she was afraid to ask her mom

  • Kids still have fingers don't they?

  • You shouldn't just throw it away , just leave it where you found it and don't ask questions...
If my stepdaughter ends up with one in a few years then that's no big deal , at least she isn't out with a boy...

    • I am sure that is how my mom felt

  • I'd give em a gift card to buy one for themselves.

  • No, it's not the parents responsibility to buy it and I would find that rather embarrassing ! If anything should be the kid itself. I would never want to buy it for my child or be given one as a kid

  • Parents should do that

  • That’s a personal choice and parents should not be involved.

  • parents should! embrace that side of their kids, let them have fun and explore their bodies, makes them feel comfortable talking about sexual topics with you as a parent and its a safe way for them not to be rushing to fuck 😂

  • I would have asked my parents for a suction cup dildo but then they would have thought I was gay…

  • No I do not think this is a good idea
