Do you think pregnant bellies look gross/unattractive?

"Nothing about pregnant bellies is cute. The belly button sticking out is gross, the skin stretched so right it looks like it's about to pop, the shape can be weird, the stretch marks, etc... It's gross. If that monstrously deformed belly were caused by anything other than a fetus, no one would pretend otherwise. My "love yourself, girl!" pro-women's-self-esteem side thinks it's great. But my actual, internal reaction is FUCKING EW. Lots of biological functions that aren't people's fault are gross. Pregnancy is no different."

Well, I'm not exactly a fan, either, but I wouldn't call them gross. Unattractive maybe, but I guess it also kind of depends on the belly. The concept of pregnancy itself weirds me out but even I've seen some baby bellies that looked... okay.
