yeah, I surely experienced many men not knowing much about menstruation, pregnancy, fertility (also their own) and so on. But to be fair, a lot more of the important female anatomy is internal/hidden, so men might not think much of that part.

I think it goes both ways. I mean I've seen a lot of guys make fun of saggy tits, 'loose' vaginas and roast beef. If they knew anything about our anatomy they'd know it's natural. I don't know much about the male anatomy but I'm learning.

Male anatomy isn’t really all that difficult to understand so it makes sense.

I think the men's is much simpler. I also think women are more motivated to learn about their own and by extension, someone else's because they have to (are forced to) pay more attention to hormones/biological cycles and have way more interest in childbirth than men do. I'll be honest, the extent of my knowledge about my own anatomy is what feels good, what some of the parts are called, and that someday I have to let a doctor put their finger in my butt. I'd bet girls tend to pay way more attention and have way more interest in biology overall. And most men barely know about their own biology, let alone the wonders of what it means to be a woman.
