I used it for over a year with an ex-boyfriend and it worked just fine for us but my best friend got pregnant that way, so it’s a risk. Some men do have a small amount of sperm in their precum but I tend to think the bigger factor is how much self control the guy has. I’d wager that most of the pregnancies that occur are because the guy just didn’t pull out in time.
