Maybe for some. It could be anything. But if it’s “unsolicited” it is most likely for another reason. I imagine many of those “unsolicited” dick pics are of tiny ones? It’s the shock factor. They may of gotten laughed at before when they showed their dick when the woman asked for it. That hurts their ego. It’s why they do this. They want to get a reaction out of you.

No, I think they do it because it works, they are just too stupid to understand the costs and unintended consequences.
They can photoshop it first and make it what ever size they want. Dick pics have never impressed any woman I have talked to yet some guys think it's the thing to do. My suggestion is try communicating instead.
