I spoke to a man who said he would let his 14 year old son have sex with an older woman if it's legal, and then when she would get pregnant and make him pay child support. He said this is his fault and it would be a learning lesson from him. This is probably the worst parent I ever met.

Yeah I don't think the 14 year old should not have sex at all especially with a older woman. If he gets her pregnant that could ruin his life and his dad should tell him how to use protection.

As a 14 year old, if he knows what to do with his penis. Then he is old enough to use it responsibly and accept responsibility for whatever may come of it.

Just because it's not a crime (see japan) doesn't mean it's a good idea.
At the very least instruct for condom use, still vet the partner if there's any concerns, and child support is based on earnings and most 14yo earn nothing.
Also, if you have a kid with a brat, you aren't capable of raising a kid, so instead I'd ask for full custody.
