Anywhere it is legal for a man to be topless, it should also be legal for a woman to be topless. I agree. However, there is inherent danger there. While you may argue that breasts shouldn't be sexualized, the reality of the situation is that they are. Still, if any woman would want to jump into that cage of animals, despite knowing the potential consequences, I respect her arguably foolish decision to do so.
