No, a guy doesn't get hard when the wind blows. That's just a saying, because guys can get hard so easily, sometimes it seems like almost nothing can wind up getting him hard.

No, that's just a saying meant to exaggerate the truth that guys CAN get erections at seemingly unlikely times without a directly sexual cause. And for teenage guys that happens enough that it's almost like every time the wind blows.

Getting an erection may happen during cold wind blows as it may stimulate the glans. But generally seen, it is not related to it. Erections happen to me when I feel aroused or think hard enough about sex.
