I found this in my mothers room, and not quite sure what it is. Not sure if its something sexual. There is a little thing shaking inside of it aswell

Yuck! I hope you didn’t touch it... why would she keep a kegel weight just chilling on top of a drawer? Usually they are out away in a protective case sense you will be inserting it inside of your vagina. Yuck! Yuck yuck!!!
