I've been a weekend nudist during the summer for a long time at an AANR naturist club nearby (pre-COVID). And I've done social, mixed gender nudity since I was in college. I have to admit that when I first started I was really worried about getting an erection, and that actually happened a few times when I was a newbie. But I either covered up or lay on my front side until it went away because even a lot of nudist/naturists aren't accepting of that involuntary reaction. But after the novelty of being naked in the presence of naked women wore off it became a commonplace kind of thing. It's like when everyone is naked it's like no one is naked, you know? And of course it's a nonsexual environment with strict ethics about no sexual activity or harassment.
But to address your question, if I were alone in a secluded, safe area and was feeling sensual and horny I would (and have) masturbate or have sex with my girlfriend outdoors. But not around other people.

Yes, I do. I've been doing it since I was in my early teens. There were some woods near where I used to live and there was a big old dead tree. I would strip off and hide my clothes there and wander around. This would give me a raging erection and I would love the feeling of it wobbling from side to side as I walked. I was raised as a nudist, so not so much.

It has to be something more than just nudity to do that for me, but I understand how it can or would for those that are newer to it, or do it very infrequently.
