I'm not entirely certain, but there's some reasonable explanations here as to why it would!

What I do know though, is that the acidity of some women's vaginal fluid can bleach beards after prolonged exposure. So some guys developed red/blonde (depending on the natural colour) hairs in their beard if they give a lot of oral lol!
