What makes you a lesbian is being attracted romantically and sexually to other females.

And then, only if you are not also attracted to males in either of those ways. Because that would make you Bi.

But if you are attracted to the person regardless of what genitals they have that would make you Pan.

It's all very simple and yet pretty complex and you should not worry too much about labels and classifications.
