I don't know but I'm sure it does because logically and scientifically speaking with a condom you feel the warmth and softness as a guy, without it you feel the warmth, softness and wetness of the vagina and I'm sure for both people involved, the feeling of the friction of rubber and flesh are somewhat different, the condom has no chance of manipulating the sex, for example if the condom has a wrinkle or small overlap, I'm sure as it rubs it can change how it feels, let's not forget that rubber is just not a material that has smooth friction, it requires more lubrication while skin is smoother and I'm sure would make the experience different even if it's not a huge difference.

Yes it does feel better without it. It used to dry up my wife when I wore a condom. It is much much safer to wear it though. You are protected from diseases and you can't get pregnant unless it breaks. I always wore a condom unless we were trying to have kids.

Anon, don't listen to these men- that's something guys say to keep from putting on a condom- and assuming you're not on proper birth control, puts you at risk of getting pregnant... along with other STDs.

To answer your question, it's fine either way. Men just say it feels better without it because they hate wearing condoms and it can be cumbersome for them. But nowadays they literally make condoms that make it feel like you're not even feeling it and mimics the "skin" feeling of not wearing one.

If you trust your partner, have good birth control and know they're clean? Try it without wearing a condom.
