I think a lot a times, at least for me, cleavage itself is appealing, sometimes more appealing than the exposed boobs.

Yes I think they're beautiful. But then I'm accepting and appreciate the normal variation in breast size and shape. I think smaller size breasts are beautiful as well. The breasts in the picture you posted look natural to me and that's why I think they're attractive. I don't find the look of fake breasts attractive.
