Fascinating topic. I'm interested in learning more about this. I have been more productive after "sex" (read "masturbation") because I have been more focused, and also probably because I feel like "I've had my fun and I need to do work now.". I have less physical energy, though, so don't expect me to climb a mountain or anything like that (though I could shoot some hoops.)

Having said that, though... If I was married, and my wife and I were intentionally planning to have sex at a particular time, I would expect that I would be very productive leading up to that moment, because I would want to feel like I earned it.

When im getting sex from oral to intercourse from vaginal to anal im a extremely happier person and more calmer. when wife makes up excuses or get surgeries done that are her thinking that needs done and i dont get nothing up to 2months or longer or the stupid ass IED implant that was 9 months of absolutely nothing im a miserable asshole
