Why don't you try double penetration with your boyfriend in one hole and a realistic size dildo or vibrator in the other first, to have a trial run at how that feels for you?

I would suggest trying it out first to see how it goes. Use a dildo in one hole while your boyfriend is in your other hole and see if it's uncomfortable. My wife and I are very anally oriented and have a lot of anal sex and double penetration using toys.
