Five Denver Nurses suspended for Checking out victims penis , even after he was dead. They weren't fired , and no criminal charges were filed. why?

So five Denver Nurse were caught ogling a dying man's penis apparently it was huge. they continued to look after he was dead. Going so far as to unzip the body bag , and invite their BFF's. They did this for four days while he was waiting to be transported to the funeral home.
My question is what do you think would've happened if that was five males doing that to a woman with a nice body while she lay dying , and then unzipped her body bag to show the crew.
I think its disgusting , and those nurses should have been fired , and lost their license to nurse. Also I think there should've been a criminal prosecution , and this placed on their record as a sex crime, because that is what it was. This is just more proof women are not accountable ever for anything. They did it while he was dying too. Personally when I die I don't want to be treated that way.
I know they do this ( it isn't uncommon) , because they've done it to me when I was in a bad car wreck. My penis apparently is on the large side , and My mother overheard them giggling by the x-ray light on the wall , because you can see the soft tissue in an x-ray and they could see most of it but the head , because it was hanging out of the image. they were commenting on that and giggling. They came and checked my catheter a lot in groups. Apparently mom had enough when she heard one say "Hope he makes it, be a waste if he dies!" Needless to say mom got mad those nurses got fired.

It was wrong , but not bad enough to lose their job , and suspension was appropriate , but nothing more.

So I just had some fella ask me what laws were broken. I found the question absurd. I also thought how do say your a perverted fuck without saying your a perverted fuck. However; firstly the laws of consent were broken they were viewing his penis in a sexual manner, when he wasn't able to consent. ( imagine how This is along the lines of some one peeping in your window at you naked without your consent. Also abuse of a corpse as they were looking at a dead mans penis. I mean that's sick shit !

    • Yes I know that is true. I advocate for mens rights , and to hold women accountable. In this country they have no accountability for anything. I speak my mind without caring who likes it I’ve alienated a lot of these females on this site , because they disagree with me outwardly. They don’t say nothing because they know I’m right , and the smart ones know the jig is almost over. I anticipate very soon women will be held accountable for their actions. It won’t be because of men. Good women are starting to notice and are becoming vocal about it. So it will change and these adult females know it’s coming.

  • The police conferred with the District Attorney. They determined there was insufficient evidence to prove a crime was committed so no charges were filed. The matter was referred back to the hospital to handle internally. That's why they are not in jail and are still nurses.

    Frankly, it would not bother me. I've been seen by two female urologists. If they wanted to take a second look, I wouldn't care.

    • I doubt it bothered him much as well. I do imagine it hurt his family to find that out. If someone done that to my family member I’d be pissed as I think any reasonable person would be. Colorado is a liberal state , In Texas they’d be in jail for a very long time more from the families distress rather then the dead man. Yes I’m not bashful either I once allowed the ultra sound department to use me as a training subject for their nurses training to do ultra sounds on testicles. About 8 or so nurse had me in there for 3 hours learning. However I was able to consent for them to use my testicles.
