I think sleeping naked is a habit and that too in some cultures. And there is no advantage in sleeping naked. Whichever way you sleep is OK. But i feel wearing loose and comfortable night clothing is better ! Well that's my Opinion !

I don't know if you know this or not, but during asleep men can have boners, and even wet dreams that can lead to Orgasm/Ejaculation while you are asleep. Also if someone see me naked with boner they might think its okay to come suck me off or something without my permission--so i prefer to sleep with underwear on at least.
