Well just out of curiousity i just thought of asking this question. I thought it would be a stupidity to ask even like that. But after watching a video on you tube, i thought of putting up consensus here. In that video, 2 girls usually share their opinions on men's sexual oriented question. i haven't been with a ton of guys or anything, but I've never had an uncircumcised one. im American and the guys I've actually had sex with (oral or otherwise) were American as well. most American guys are circumcised. also two of the guys were "jewish"/"part jewish" (not really, but enough so that they were circumcised at birth).

Most men in Europe are not cicrumcised, the % of gys that are is around 10-15%. It may be more because of the influx of Muslim migrants but nearly all native europeans aren't.

I think most girls would just be nervous at first for whatever they aren't used to.

The foreskin fully retracts on its own only in men who have fairly short (shorter then average though not shockingly so) foreskins. In most cases, it partially retracts on its own, but in order to directly stimulate the head, it needs to be held back during oral.

This may be true with guys with really baggy foreskins. I find they usually feel better with the hand there but some variation is nice. Foreskin can actually make a bj easier too though because it's easier to stroke a guy because of the movement the skin helps with, spit isn't as necessary (though it feels amazing) and you can grab the dick harder because of the skin movement at least in theory--basically less chafing. I mean if you grab a circumcised guy with a dry dick (most extreme situation) the hand won't move much.
