Allow me to give you my standard reply that I give to all those guys that have this panic attacks and are anxious about their penile attachments. Here it comes

For an overwhelming large number of girls in the world, size does not matter at all.

What is more important is how the owner of the "size" is able to go about with his appendage.

A very large number of guys that rely on a monster penis of 6'' do not really know how to master their penile attribute. They rely solely on the wow factor of their penis and the effect it could possibly have on girls but have actually little control over it.

On the other hand, a guy with a smaller penis, let's say ranging from 4'' to 4.5'' knows that he has to to do an outstanding performance in order to impress.

I am not personally interested in those penile attributes, but if I was, I would much rather prefer a guy with a small appendage but that really is master of it and has the proficiency and knowledge to use it to the full satisfaction of a lady.

I always say to those penis size question that it is much better to have a small one that wiggles than a bigger that sleeps on the job.

Many people, if not most, feel that the manly penile display in porn clips is the standard to go by, which is erroneous.

But men have always been made aware that in order to be "men", they needed to be well endowed.

What about personality, character or the internal beauty of a person? Are those attributes all disregarded in favor of a penis size? Are we really that vain to reduce a gender to their outer appearances? Poor humanity!

I'd like to know why guys care about dick size so much. I realize this is your first question but I highly doubt this is your first account. Take a look around the site and see how many of the women here are asking this question. Then compare that to the number of men (mostly blue anons) that ask this. It seems to me that the guys are much more interested in the size of penises than the girls are. Why do you think that is i wonder? Do you guys like to look at them. Guys care because it is instinctive. Man's primitive ancestors were looking for the healthiest females to mate with and make babies. The female, because child bearing and rearing took so much energy and resources, was looking for the healthiest male who could sire healthy offspring, find food for mom and baby and protect them from predators and rival males. To suggest this in nature, the penis - size and such - was indicative of male virility. The man displayed to attract females and to ward off rival males for mates. It was only as civilization evolved and man moved from mere instinct to intellect and refinement that penis size became less important. (Think of it this way: Would you rather have a rich and successful husband with an average size penis, or a poor and unsuccessful one with a huge penis?) Thus, you get young boys sometimes comparing penis size behind the garage where mom and dad can't see them doing it. Sometimes a boy might see his dad naked and just instinctively compare himself to the most important male he knows. Thus you get the "locker room" where guys "sneak a peak." All of this is instinctive - a leftover from a time when the bigger penis won the male more and healthier females to mate with and make babies. Thus has the species survived for several hundred thousand years. CONT.

Interestingly, this has a parallel in the female response. The Kinsey Institute - the famous sex research institute - did a study in which they showed a random sample of women photos of naked men. All of the men were healthy and good looking. However, some of the men had erections, others not. The women were then asked who they thought were the best looking men. It was not even a close call. The naked guys with erections won overwhelmingly. Instinctively, the females were attracted to the men who were, in effect, as their primitive ancestors did, "displaying." From the male perspective then, the larger the penis, the better the odds of mating with a female. Although civilization has evolved well past that instinctive state, the instinct remains. For men, because men are "performance driven" - after all, they had to hunt for prey and ward off the rival males and predators - psychologically the man assumes that penis size equates with sexual performance and the satisfaction of the female. Whereas the data show that for females - the ones whose primitive ancestors were looking for safety and security for themselves and their vulnerable babies - penis size can be attractive but is not that important to sex. Things like emotional intimacy and "mood" mattering more. So, long answer to short question, that is how men - and for that matter, women - got here. At the most instinctive level, for the male, penis size is an indicator of his ability to attract females. For the females, suggestive of the male's capacity to sire healthy offspring and protect mom and baby.
