I've only joked about it 3x and it was in a joking matter and i would feel bad making that joke because the first time he wasn't impressed but he was still joking about it

Thankfully this hasn't happened to me. But put it this way, would ANYONE like being made fun of? Would you? Especially about your appearance? What if a guy jokes about your breasts or vagina? You're not going to appreciate that are you? No different. I mean, even if we know you're "joking", it's still not "funny" is it? You're just being rude and insulting and hurtful. Not so much "offensive".
