I particularly got the east west shape and it makes me feel insecure. What do you think about that shape guys?

We are always expected to have round shape. Well at least that's what society and media finds to be ideal and desirable.

Girls, are you conscious and insecure about this as well?

Boobs are boobs, we like them all! Generally speaking, we don't "analyse" your bodies like you do to yourself. As long as they don't look like deflated balloons and hit the floor lol, it's all good usually.
