I don't think that is small, 6" in length is pretty much in the middle, 4.75" girth is a bit below the middle, but in other surveys, it is in the middle. From personal experience, I am not sure. Mine is 5.5" at full hardness but that is not all the time, usually 5.25" or less, and the girth is 4.25" at full hardness and 4.50" when no fully hard. You are fine.
