First, pre-marital sex wasn't so easily available in our part of the globe. Secondly, it's a complex thing to do, and could rush one into marriage, etc. Thirdly, didn't want any woman feeling cheated because I had sex with her and dumped her... or me feeling cheated of being forced into a more permanent relationship/marriage just because I had sex with someone. It worked out okay, and I could also concentrate on my career during a crucial phase. PS: In any case, there's no "money back" guarantee that just because you have good sex before marriage, the same will continue after!

Yes. I would greatly appreciate that as a husband; as I am waiting until marriage myself. I would love to date someone like her. Refraining from sex is difficult but nothing worth doing is easy.
I would date her if she dropped all that "saving sex" bullshit. People can hardly be good in bed and make each other happy if they never practised - also sexual preferences have to match and you have to have had sex before you actually know what you want.
A potential partner being religious would be a certain deal-breaker for me.
