No I wouldn't have seen with an older married woman. Also the situation you pointed out is a rather fatlistic. There are things a older man can do to strengthen his uh "vigor". Things like lifting weights, eating healthy, and taking supplements to replace naturally decreasing testosterone levels. That and addressing any confidence issues hey may have will increase his ability to satisfy his and his wife's sexual needs. Having a younger man take his place would only be detrimental to him improving himself and would be destructive to a married man's relationship to his wife.
