I was gonna say that's not a problem and you shouldn't do anything about it lol. But on second thought I can see how it could get embarassing to constantly have erect nipples bursting through your shirt like that.
People associate erect nipples with you being horny. But I know girls also get hard nipples when they're anxious, cold etc.
There was a girl in my class who always, always had noticeable erect nipples, couldn't wear a sweater thick enough to hide them. That was almost 30 years ago, and I still can picture it in my mind to this day. She was so sexy, I always enjoyed the view.
Only when I am in my bathing suit at work and at that point it gets a little embarrassing (lol, I have a couple pretty embarrassing stories), otherwise I am in a bra or at home by myself and don't really care.

The stories pretty much just consist of there not being an issue and then I notice a male coworker looking at my boobs and I can feel my nipples getting hard and since i'm in a flimsy one piece bathing suit the male coworker 100% notices as well and usually says something to embarrass me
Those pics are a little extreme but I don't wear bras so nipples showing definitely happens... Personally I don't care, everybody has them, it's not a big revelation and you can't see anything.

Yeah, okay, I think it's not a problem because it's cute. But also, it's not a problem because it's natural. It happens. People should not have a problem with this, should not think it's a big deal, and shouldn't get embarrassed by it, IMO.
