Speaking of pork... here's a quick good recipe for you guys. Buy a pork tenderloin and add a can of whole berry cranberry sauce on top, just dump it on (you can also use any berry or fruit in a jar you like, like apricot or lingonberry [any Scandinavians/Germans out there?]. Put in toaster oven. If timer, 35 min (put in at room temperature and those extra 10 min of warm up will be just fine). This is the *only* meat I would not pre-brown to get flavour. Tenderloin is so delicate, it would overcook it. (And reserve 1/4 or so of the can/jar, to put on a side, when ready to eat. Note: oven may smoke. Lots of sugar are burning off. But it's ok.) Makes great deli meat as a leftover too. Just don't cook more than 35. And now back to our usual programming...
