I have been to one twice, it was an illegal nude beach at a lake, I've never been to the ocean for one or a legit one.
I was literally the only girl nude there with like a 100 to 150 guys.
The vast majority of the guys were older men, who kept coming up to me saying "I bet you've never had a naked man come up and talk to you." it was strange.
I did eventually notice some older women, wives of the older men... guess you could say it was hard for me to tell the difference with all the wrinkles.
Not to be rude but I wasn't exactly trying to look at any of them either.
That was in June or July, I went back in September and had heard that law enforcement shut down the nude beach and was the only one there.
I was able to run free without anyone there, in my birthday suit. It was nice to not have men approaching me non stop.
I do however hope to make it to a coastal beach this year, and a nude resort potentially, along with Burning man in the fall, where I plan to have partially painted on outfits.
Sorry to hear you had that experience. My girlfriend had a guy staring at her while wearing a bikini like he was waiting for her to strip off. I scared him away but it's put her off. I'm hoping to build her confidence up as I love nude beaches.

Have you ever been to a nude-beach? Many times as well as clothing optional resorts.
How was your experience?
I have always had a good experience.
When people are nude, for some reason they are nicer. Could just be they type of people that go there, or the relaxed feeling they get once there. It's just difficult to be in a bad mood when running around nude.
Also, it seems like the men are more respectful and protective of women there.
I would suggest a clothing optional resort for your first experience just to 1. go into a more controlled environment and 2. if it's clothing optional you can get comfortable before undressing or even just partially undress until you are ready.

Not nearly as giggly and nudge-nudge wink wink as it would hasve seemed. Man y of the naturists at these beaches are overweight guys with a huge beer gut hanging over a pale speedo size white spot. It's not very sexy. The only places where I've gotten a frisson of excitement has been the occasional college sauna or steam room where everyone was much younger and in better condition. I don't think it would be possible to get a hard on at a nude beach- barring Greek islands, Scandinavian anywhere, etc. People often go there to shw their bodies off or at least get them in decent enough shape so they can hang out with the Frenchwomen's perfect Size 2 bodies on the beaches in and around San Tropez
I gave been to many nude beaches and to nude resorts. Each one can have a different feeling due to the number of people and what they are doing. If there are just a few people you may feel better there, but you may feel that you stand out since there are so few people. If there are many people, it might make you nervous at first, but then you realize you are just one of many people and no one is paying attention to you. Some beaches have many regulars, and the usually set up volleyball nets and have games that anybody can join in. Some have very small groups that are playing with frisbees. But all my nude beach experiences have been positive and enjoyable.

It can seem strange at first, but you very quickly get used to it. The freedom is amazing. As you say, swimming naked is great, too.
Nude beaches are fine, but I've always ever been to ones that are kinda deserted. You do feel completely free. Like there are a few people all quite a bit away from each other. If you're thinking about doing it on those crowded nudist beaches I feel like it can be chill too, but they're definitely slightly diff experiences

Yes you simply shed your clothes and enjoy the water, sun, sand and the day! Many many times for me.
I was at a nude beach in Denmark as a kid with my parents when I was 9 years old. I felt shy about my private parts so I did not like it very much. On the other hand, I remember that I enjoyed watching young women play volleyball which set their boobs bobbing.
yes been to many, with all the family, if you feel shy, why not start with an optional clothing beach there are some around, then just lay on your stomach and undo the top, after a short period, turn over onto your back, then the bottom piece, you can always have a towel close, like a lot of men do for obvious reasons PM me if I can help more

I went naked on a beach once, and honestly I was really shy. I know it probably wasn't the case and it was probably in my head, but I felt like a lot of people (especially men) were looking at me.
Obviously I'm sure they weren't but I don't think I'm personally confident enough to do it yet.

First time I didn’t enjoy it, I just didn’t feel free. and still felt uptight about it or didn’t see what was great about it , but was urged to try again.
second time I really enjoyed it. Maybe a better atmosphere or maybe I was ready to enjoy it. You do feel free, I like it.
I have been to a lot. There were some near where I went to high school and college. It feels weird for about the first 10 minutes then it feels wonderful. I usually went with a girlfriend. When I was a teen and early 20's I usually had sex and/or jerked off before I went cause I was afraid of getting a boner. But while they do happen no one really seems to care

In my 20s I went often. It was a very busy beach in soutf of France. I enjoyed all the pretty, naked women, noticing when women looked at my penis, seeing guys checking out my girlfriend.
Some people were just relaxed and natural, others definitely got off on being naked. Some women would bend over or spread their legs quite obviously loving the attention.
One evening, at sunset, I had sex with my girlfriend. Most people had left, but we had an audience. One woman counted out loud how many orgasms my girlfriend was having.
I have been to nude beaches all over the world since I was born and I love it. It feels great having the wind blow against you and it's so nice not to have to constantly make sure you aren't showing a nipple or too much of your butt. Everyone is equal when they are nude and if everyone would try it for an hour they would see how great it is.
I went with some college friends to a nude beach. There were 6 of us - 4 guys and 2 women. We went to the nude beach, fully dressed. There were other people, just like us, just checking it out. It was mostly men who were nude on the beach. There were very few women. And the few women were pretty much dressed. One woman was lying on her stomach with her bra off to get some rays.

@Paige90 Black Beach in San Diego. We had to walk through a trail to get to it. It's not a beach that you can see from the road.

After a few minutes of arriving at the nude beach and looking around the initial shock of many people naked wears off and it seems natural. I realized that I didn't get any more aroused than I did any other place.

Because I am easily aroused by the sight of naked ladies, I would probably end up walking around with a drooling boner, so I've always stayed away.

There is a natural hot springs not far from town and it’s kind of known as being clothing optional. It’s by a river not an ocean if that counts as a “beach”. I like it, it’s a lot of fun
