Have you ever blocked someone just because you don’t like their opinions?

Not because you had an argument or anything. Let’s say you never even interacted with them, you just see their opinions around and think they’re always saying stupid shit. Would you block them just so you don’t have to see them anymore?
im kinda tempted to block a few people who’s opinions always bother me but I don’t like to block people at all, I feel like it makes me look like a pussy lol

I've had people block me that I've never even talked to, I assume only its cause they don't like my political beliefs or something but I would never block anyone cause I don't like their opinions.

They either have to start insulting me, that's a automatic block or they have to be a rapist or rapist sympathizer, or sex offender sympathizer. I did block a guy who said, rapists should be forgiven cause it was just a simple mistake many make... like WTF.

I've blocked a few misogynists on here, a racist troll, and some homophobic/transphobic people. I am also tempted to block a few others. There are so many trolls and disgusting people on here.

Yeah. Sometimes I do that. Mainly for people always starting crap, saying stupid things, or otherwise being annoying, even if they haven't done that TO ME. And if people hate me on here (even OP), I invite them to do the same. I know some people don't like me on GAG. I don't care though. We won't all get along with each other and there's no reason to pretend to be nice to someone you hate.

I certainly have been blocked. Often for a simple contrary opinion. I have never blocked anyone since GAG was a bulletin board. I won't tolerate insults and name calling and will block them if that begins to happen. But I am a pussy, though and have not done it yet. I just ignore them.

It's not quite a "dumb" reason to block someone because you dislike their opinions but I've never done that. I'll only back if they're verbally harassing me or something.
