My period is in 4 days and my fertility window was 5 days ago. It is the first time this happened so I am bit freaked out. My boyfriend and I started sex without a condom. And then used one as I was worried. It was literally 30 seconds. So no sperm was there. He did not ejaculate. However, I am a bit worried. Should I be worried? Now my head is hurting and even my breasts. Maybe it is because period is on the way but im a bit panicked. I need to study but I can't focus. I want to talk to my boyfriend about it byt he has a very important presentation coming up I dont want to disturb him with ny worries. Anyone can tell me something please? I feel so bad now, i dont know why we did that in the first place. Did you guys ever had sex without any form of protection?

I don't think you should be worried. Those symptoms could very likely just be your period coming up. Stressing about it could make your period late which would cause you to stress even more. Always try using some form of protection when having sex for safety. But I don't think you should be worried.

If he had any precum, it's possible to still get you pregnant (there can be live sperm in it), but the chances are very slim. So if you're sure he didn't ejaculate, then I wouldn't worry.
My girlfriend is post-menopausal, we are monogamous and trust each other, and were both tested for STD's after our last partners, so we have no need for protection.
