Have you ever heard of a guy who’s had a vasectomy getting a girl pregnant?

Just curious. Occasionally I have a little worry in the back of my mind if my period is late.

  • Yes. Quite a few times.

Also, getting tubes tied or getting "the snip," takes around 24-48 hours to be effective.

  • It can happen

  • A few cases, the majority were where they never did the confirmation test afterwards.

And one case she was cheating.

    • That is some risky cheating!

  • Usually if a vasectomy "fails", it's early after the procedure. It's not immediately effective and the guy needs to ejaculate around 20 times and be checked again to make sure all sperm has been evacuated and he is now only passing semen before he is cleared for sex without condoms. It's much less likely that the vasectomy would fail after 3 months

  • It happens but it’s rare

  • It can happen

  • Can I get pregnant after a vasectomy?
There aren't any standard odds of getting pregnant after vasectomy. A 2004 survey suggests that there's about 1 pregnancy per every 1,000 vasectomies. That makes vasectomies about 99.9 percent effective for preventing pregnancy. Keep in mind that vasectomies don't offer immediate protection against pregnancy.

  • In the first place, periods aren't always on time.
Secondly, there IS the possibility that either the snip healed back together or it was done the wrong way. I guess there's only one way to find out. My question is,, where does all that cum go when he blows his load? Does it end up in his belly and, seeing there's pussy there to swim into, get's confused, goes up to his head and becomes snot?

    • Lmao. He still cums. It just lacks swimmers.

    • I see. I've never dealt with any of that so, I didn't know.

    • No worries. It’s a common misconception. The cum does not look or taste any different. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  • No, I haven't - ever.

  • Yes but it wasn't his

    • So a guy who had a vasectomy got a woman pregnant but it wasn't his. Got it. #GaGlogic

    • @tadcurious I agree 🤣

  • Yes, this does happen. Our bodies are devised so that the species survives so sometimes the tube grows back. Same thing with a tubal ligation. When my wife got her's I told the doc to make sure he took out a nice big piece.

    • it is possible if the two severed ends of the tube are not far enough because not enough of each tube is is removed. This lack of good distance between the two severed ends can cause them to come together and reconnect. To prevent this there is electro-cauterization (burning the severed ends so they are completely closed) and removing a good amount of each tube so there is good distance between each end of the tube. Also, it takes a certain amount of time after the procedure is done that the entire amount of semen that is in remaining in the cord and the urethra to be completely gone and this usually takes multiple ejaculations. You can also have a sperm count to make sure the semen is completely free of sperm before engaging in sex after surgery

    • @kjr765 awesome thanks for that

  • Yes, I have heard of that

  • I heard that it's possible. But it's usually after a few months the most after the procedure.

  • Not possible after successful vasectomy it's not possible and if it happens..

    She is a hoe!..

    • I most certainly am not!

    • Yeah.. Then you ain't prego relax... It is semen... But it has zero Sperm. So don't worry..

  • Ask your hub...

    • Ask him what? 🤔

  • Depends on how thorough the doctors were.
My doctor cut 1/2" in both directions of the vas deferens after she used a titanium staple on each end
There's no way my stuff is growing back together.

  • Maybe depending on if it is repairable or not?

  • Unless he had it reversed, no.
