Have you ever heard of any girls getting pregnant off the pullout method?

The pull out method is not birth control. If you use it, expect to get pregnant.

You always hear stories of couples using it for years without getting pregnant. There might be people answering this question who say that. Just because someone gets by with it doesn't make it safe.

You'd be surprised how many people fall out of airplanes and survive. That doesn't mean it's a good idea to jump out of an airplane without a parachute. If you use the pull out method and nothing else, you should ASSUME you will get pregnant.

Yeah two of my girls who are friends have gotten pregnant from the pull out method. One in highschool and one during college. I never gotten a girl pregnant with the pull out method but I usually wear a condom or she is using some form of birth control.

This is like the 2nd or 3rd question I have now seen regarding pregnancy and the pull-out method, makes me think someone is secretly trying or hoping to fall pregnant and the guy is trying to avoid getting the girl pregnant.

Yeah, my parents had all of us using that oh so effective method. There's 2 years between each of us though, so I suppose it's mildly effective.

I can, for two babies and one pregnancy Or at least they weren't doing anything to prevent it happening.

Recently, no. Yet I only know one person who didn't plan it. So 3 recent pregnancies that weren't being prevented versus one where birth control failed.

Well she was on antibiotics and anyone who actually listened to their OBGYN knows that they deactivate birth control.

I think the way antibiotics work will deactivate the chemicals that birth content gives you. An IUD would be a different story.

I don't either, but I do know that's why my cousin got pregnant. My sister has been having frequent sex, is virtually a pharmacy (based on the medication she takes) and has an IUD. No pregnancy scares.

For my sister's boyfriends, so it seems. Not sure about my cousin. I don't talk to her about sex as much as I do with my sister (about once every 2 years with my sister). I don't use condoms either, nor do I pull out but I got the snip.

Most aren't, but she can get a guys view on things and I can get a girl's. Plus we want each other to be happy so we're honest. Besides it's not like we don't know that the other person is having sex. It's a lot less weird than talking to our parents about it. I don't know how often she has sex, her favorite positions, or anything like that.

Pull out method is not really a method. There is a real chance of getting pregnant because the precum "could" also have sperms in it.
