Yeap, over snap chat, as long as you're comfortable with yourself and the recipient. I believe that it is fine, but if you send it somewhere where it's permanent and you end up fighting with the recipient, it could end up badly for you.

I have not taken a naked selfie and don't think I would ever be comfortable doing so. Maybe if I felt more comfortable about my body image, but even then I highly doubt it.
As for sending it to someone; I would absolutely never do that. Horrible idea.
