Have you heard of a 44 days in hell story?

Junko Furuta was a 17-year-old popular high school girl who was kidnapped and tortured by 4 boys in brutal and unimaginable ways for 44 days before she died. The only reason for the kidnap was that she turned down a guy whom she had no interest in dating.
In the 44 days leading up to her death, here is a non-exhaustive list of what she had undergone:
Held captive and forced to pose as one of the boys’ girlfriend.
Forced to call her parents and tell them that she had run away and was staying safely with friends.
Starved and malnourished.
Raped more than 500 times.
Fed with cockroaches and urine.
Beaten up countless times with bamboo sticks, iron rods and golf clubs.
Forced to masturbate and strip in front of others.
Burned with cigarette lighters and fireworks set off in her ears, mouth & vagina.
Foreign objects inserted into her vagina/anus including bottles, a still lit light-bulb, a cigarette, scissors, and skewers of grilled chicken.
Hands tied to ceiling and body used as a punching bag until her damaged internal organs made blood run from her mouth.
Flammable liquid poured on her feet and legs, then lit on fire.
Forced to sleep outside in December days and sleep inside a freezer.
Hot wax dripped onto her face, eyelids burned by cigarette lighter, left nipple cut and destroyed with pliers.
Stabbed with sewing needles in chest area.
Body mutilated.
She had been severely damaged before her last breath: Heavy bleeding from vagina due to scissors. Nose filled with so much blood that she can only breath through her mouth.
Vomited when tried to drink water (her stomach couldn’t accept it).
Unable to urinate properly.
Injuries were so severe that it took over an hour for her to crawl downstairs and use the bathroom.
Loss of bladder and bowel control.
Eardrums severely damaged.
Extreme reduced brain size.
Unable to move from the ground.
After Junko Furuta died, the four boys put her body in a 50-gallon drum that they filled with concrete and disposed of it in a park.

I believe a lot of criminals deserve life behind bars instead of the death penalty so in case of a false conviction, or a wrongful conviction they can eventually have the opportunity to be set free for something they never did in the first place. But these boy regardless of their age, deserve death. Exactly the way they killed her. Anything less would be a disgrace in the eye of justice.

And to the parents of those boys, how could they have been unsupervised to let this happen for so long? The parents deserve death too for even remotely raising their children to be this way, or even remotely to for letting them be involved and think this was even remotely acceptable to act this way. And if they knew these boys weren't these boys should have been sent to an insane asylum years ago. The entire families of the boys who did this also sicken me to my core.

Back then, morality level of Japan for other human being is so fucked up, they only care about their self. The higher they get the greater they are. Thats why yakuza can interept their law system. For example, you can see how they treat their colony. All of their colony force to work until they can't move, take a break? Get ready to get whip or even slash with katana, thirsty? drink your own urine, Hungry? eat your own shit. Sounds familliar with op case right?

But its a long history and i believe japan already buckle up and ready to make a new future. And i think japan always want to cover up their mistake in the past.
I have a friend who is japanese and he didn't even know about this case.

No, I hadn't heard of it, but those are really horrible things that happened to her. I'm curious how anyone found out about everything that happened to her while she was kidnapped. I'll have to read up on that.

Pretty sure one of them or couple of them got re-arrested on planning to committing another murder. And people still think the death sentence is morally wrong. And idc that there underage or whatever should of been sent to death right away after some starving done to them in solitary.

I didn’t hear about it at the time - not sure if it’s because I was a bit young ir just because even heinous crimes don’t get limited international attention. For my young and area the huge media story was Paul Bernardo and his wife Karl’s Homolka. He will likely never be released but she, controversially, was.

If I were that girl's father or brother I would wait for those boys to get out if prison, kidnap them one by one, then torture the absolute shit out of them for 44 days. The cockroaches don't deserve a quick death. 5 to 9 years in prison is a joke

I understand not wanting to treat every crime with an "eye for an eye" mentality but I think scenarios like this are a valid exception. We can agree to disagree, but I would be 100% in favor of people who commit crimes like this having the same/similar acts committed against them in retribution.
