That's called a "fireman's carry" (the over-the-shoulder carry). I've done that countless times, as well as princess carry, horsey rides, and her sitting on my shoulders. I even did a fireman's carry of a buddy who is 6'5" and weighed just under 300 pounds at the time, but that did almost kill me. He'd hurt his knee really bad and ended up needing several knee surgeries (this was 30 years ago), and he's soon to be getting a knee replacement now.
