I have used it. For me, I noticed it made me more stiffer and bit more engorged than normal and had no trouble maintaining which was great. Made me feel like a 20 year old. I enjoyed the sex more with it and I tended to stay hard several minutes after I came which allowed me to do more thrusting. The only drawback is that I would occasionally get these random erections a few hours later that took a while to go down. I still use them every now and then but I don't have the same issues as before so they're not needed as often.

I sometimes use it if I feel like I'm not quite there to get a full erection. The first time I took it, I went by the grocery store on the way to my girlfriend's place. A lady bent over to get some milk out of the refrigerator, and I got a spontaneous erection just from seeing her.

I dont need it anymore. Viagra is good for anxiety. I sometimes take one just because, I find the effects last for two weeks after.
