Sexual Health He refuses to wear a condom but says he's clean?

I want to believe him when he says he's clean because he said he would never do that but he refuses to wear a condom. He made up this whole story about how using a condom once screwed him so he uses the pull out method and never fails. And then he literally said that he won't have sex if I insist on him using a condom... is he lying about being clean Or does he genuinely just not like condoms?

Don't believe him... unless he gets tested and can show you the results. I believed my ex boyfriend and got HPV (the high risk strain that could lead to cervical cancer) it is usually not a huge deal cause it usually goes away on its own (mine did) it could have ended up being much worse.
Condoms are bothersome and is rarely fun stopping to get one. However, just as an example, in this age where women are EXPECTED to take birth control, my boyfriend agrees to wear condoms without complaining because 1. It's better for my health and 2. It's his responsibility too.
Of course I wouldn't date someone who insisted I would take birth control because he doesn't like condoms and certainly wouldn't risk it for someone who isn't even my boyfriend. But that's just me.
Don't have sex without a condom... demand he wear one.. the pull out method causes pregnancy.
Girl, keep refusing to have sex with him without a condom. If he never agrees on using condoms, ditch his arse and find yourself a new boyfriend.

Most guys don't like condoms. However, the only way to know if he's clean is to have him tested. If you plan to have sex without condoms, why not both get tested so you don't have to worry about it?
Don't allow him to do that unless you're using contraception. No matter how good his pull out game is there's still precum that could get you pregnant. If he can't wear responsibility and wear a condom, then he shouldn't have sex.
