With my first anal experience I'd showered beforehand and was all clean (didn't need to douche) and my boyfriend had me bend over his lap while he lubed up and fingered my butt (which is so relaxing tbh). Definitely shower before. Lube is your absolute BEST FRIEND. Don’t listen to him if he says you don’t need it you do. Have him start with a lubed finger and do that for a good few minutes and then move to two fingers and 3 and then maybe he can start. Make sure you kinda like push out before he goes in even with just his finger it’ll make it much less uncomfortable. Most importantly tho have fun, go slow, and stop if you’re uncomfortable!

Where to start. I'm bi so I have a list.

Step one, hygiene will help with this, I'd get an anal cleaning kit, maybe one with a lube injector for added bonus. Then go poop, then clean again for safe measure.

Step two, lube in and the outside, it's not natrual yso you need the lube to help, line his shaft and or condom

Step three, take it slow. Dont force it, start by gently pressing against the opening until your muscles are a little stimulated, try pushing the muscles as if your trying a little to poop, this opens your anus up once you do.

These steps will make them as comfortable as they can but the other factors are, working your way up to it if he is big, you could try a bug plug for this as they start small and get bigger. The other thing is finding out if it's for you. If it doesn't do anything for you after all of this, dont force it on you.
