Sexual Health Guys, honest opinion on breast implants?

I want to start off by saying that I'm perfectly happy with my breasts. But I keep thinking, as I age (and especially after pregnancy since I want to have kids one day) my body is going to change and my breast are most likely going to deflate and sag, giving them an empty look. In that kind of instance I'd def consider getting implants. But I know that implants can give you a fake plastic look if done wrong. Would you prefer for a woman to go for implants or to stay natural in such a case?

I girl I know got implants. We were fuck buddies so I knew What she looked like before and after.
After she was healed she was eager to fuck me and give my opinion.
Her breasts were more symetrical. They looked damn good. However what ever implants she got made her breasts feel hard. Not soft to the touch. So if you do get implants check out what choices you have. I assume you still wants your tits to be soft to the touch.

I don't like them, they just feel strange but I can totally get behind the confidence they may bring to a woman that struggles with her self image and ultimately it really doesn't matter what anyone else thinks as long as the person getting the implants likes what having them does for her confidence.
