My Sister's friend suggested her to work in a strip bar where she used to work,
But My Sister could not read the fine print of the contract properly and by Mistake She signed on a nude contract, Now My sister's manager treats with her very harshly and he don't allow her to wear any panties or thong because My sister has signed strip to nude contract
My Sister Also tried taking to a lawyer but he told her that she will have to give a huge amount of money to bar owner if she breach the contract before one year, it was like a bond that she signed by mistake.
It was My Sister's own mistake, She signed on a strip to nude contract because she couldn't read the fine print of the contract, this gave her Manager power over her, So as per the Contract if Bar Manager want then he can strip her naked Infront the Bar Customers, So he is just misusing his over which he has over My Sister and he don't let her wear any panties or thong during she performs Infront the Bar Customers.
What she she Can do Now? She needs Money to repay her bank loans and other dues but she don't want to Strip fully Nude.
How Can My Sister Convenience the Bar Manager?

Honestly this is a very crazy and scary situation, in a place like like this she should have read that contract carefully... I'm not sure that something can be done or no, specially in a country like Mexico controlled by big bosses... Best is to try to convince the owner to wear something at least and they can pay her less or maybe she works a little longer like a deal in exchange to wear something

Unfortunately since she signed the contract there is no much she can do. If she was to wear panties or a thong what would he do to her? Is there any other jobs she could do? As far as the manager is concerned he will never change his mind no matter what. She will have to wait until the end of the contract and leave at that time to avoid paying any money.

Tbh, right now, even if she does go to a lawyer, she'll be the one who will be stuck and regret it. That Bar Manager will easily get away with it because he is safeguarded legally. He has the signature on the contract. Plus Your sister will have to pay the lawyer which will increase the expenses. Right now, just tell her to hang on. She obviously can't afford to break the contract. Right now she just has to continue and work with the nude Contract regardless of what she says right? And the manager knows about the fact that she doesn't wanna do it nude. She right now, just for the time being, tell her to just do it without complaining about it to the manager. And later some time, try requesting him about the change in contract. The manager should be told that the contract won't be broken, just a small change. The more she panics and tries to handle the situation by force, the more it'll backfire. Understand the situation from all perspectives and take it one step at a time.

I have no experience with Mexican law (I'm french). My advice would be to read the contract for other mistakes: is there a "trial period", if there is not is it mandatory? Is there anything else in the contract that could make it illegal? My first idea would be to find something, probably unrelated to the nude part, where the employer made a mistake and which would invalidate the whole contract. Look for other breaches, sometimes we focus too much on the clause we fight but there might be something else to invalidate the contract

It comes down to the laws of the land. If she signed a contract, in the US it wouldn't be binding, but depending on where you are the laws maybe different. The trick with contract law is that in order for ut to be binding a court has to agree with the contract holder. Also most contracts need some kind of quid pro quo. She needs to get something from it, if she doesn't then there's no agreement. Otherwise it's slavery. I would just not show up and see how the courts handle it.

Yes that would count. If she's already been paid. She would have been given her part, now she has to give them theirs.
After reading this... There isn't much to say or to help.. I do feel bad when someone is forced to do something they don't want... How many more months left... As i have some knowledge.. I heard even the nude performers have the right that they shouldn't be touched or stripped by another.. Do check it out.. Hope she pays her dues and move on.
That's a very unfortunate situation but she failed to read the contract and the clauses it had in it. There really isn't anything she can do especially since she took money in advance that hasn't been payed back yet.
I hate to say this, but she's probably going to have to honor the contract she signed -- or stop working at that strip club. If she has other ways of making money, she should do something else, but it sounds like that strip club is the only way she's going to get the money she desperately needs. If she decides to stay, she needs to have a one-on-one conversation with the manager, and she needs to let him know that she doesn't appreciate his disrespect.
Most of the time girls start out just only dancing and little by little they do more and more and before you know it your getting pimped out and doing drugs
I don't agree with the last part of your comment; most of them are doing drugs before working in strip clubs. Because drugs are illegal, they're quite expensive; strip clubs are often a way for women to make quick money for their habits.

I would try talking to more than one lawyer about it, or if he hasn’t made copies then shred the contract if she can get her hands on it, or get fired and look for a loophole in the contract
