One guy told me teenage girls don't want sex, and he went to argue with me that he is right, when he is clearly WRONG. I THINK it's very ignorant.

Well, he is right somehow. As most of teenage girls are advised by their parents to not have sex at an early age, and there's a lot of pressure. That pressure leads them to suppress their desire for sex. Thus, they say they don't want sex. That's what the guy is trying to communicate i guess.
He obviously wasn't getting any when he was school. Unless he was going to Catholic school. Lololol.
