How can u tell if he's satisfied by them? are there any definite signs? do guys still play with and suck their gfs boobs even if they werent satisfied/wished they were bigger? are there any ways to know for sure he likes them? also, guys do u ever compare your gfs body to other womens (in your mind of course) if u like/prefer big boobs but your girlfriend has small boobs do u secretly wish they were bigger?

If he plays with them. But like the others say, he likes them. Unless they are completely flat, it's not likely that he wants them bigger, and even if he did, he'd be happy to have boobs in his hand for it to be a major issue. If it really bugs you, you could always ask him what he thinks.
Just give him a flash when alone together. If he grabs, then your good. If not then god knows, go ask him.
