To-go solutions are: 1) Start recalling math problems or doing large numbers division in mind. 2) Cover with a bag or some other thing that I have with me. 3) Try to sneakily fix it (since if I get a boner while sitting and wearing jeans - it's really restricting and makes standing up really problematic). I don't know if girls usually notice that. I think I was one to give me an understanding smile of a sort.

Well since winter is here it's easy to hide it I mostly use trench coats on the winter so it's easy to hide it
If you're sitting down cross your legs or place your foot on top of your other foot
If you're standing lean against the wall and put your foot on the wall your leg should be at a 45° angle
If you're in a store walk to an idle squat down and grab whatever and pretend to be reading it wait for it to go down
If you're in line the shopping cart should be easy cover frontally bring your leg up and place it over the rail to cover the side view
If you're shopping at the mall hide in the clothes section and pretend to be looking for a shirt or whatever
If you're in public without nothing to cover it pretend to be searching for something in your pockets and slide it upwards to the underwear rubberband and let it hold there or walk in place
