If you've had sex and a man's ejaculated in you, there is no way to get all the semen out of you. It's impossible. The penis is made to deliver sperm past your cervix so you'll be impregnated. That is the baby delivery system.

You can rid yourself of a large amount of sperm by, immediately after ejaculation, hopping out of bed and douching with a douche with spermicide, though I haven't a clue if those even exist as I've never douched.

Start looking into plan B options if you haven't yet.

There are "soaps" for vaginal area, with the right ph level and stuff. Can get them in most apothecary without any extra hassle.

For immediate effect try squatting and pushing i suppose and maybe help with your fingers. Won't get it all but most.
