Depends what's determined as smaller. Yes I am smaller the 9 inches, but I'm not often considered small, but again it determines what is considered small to the lady. Unless his literally 3inches or smaller then that is usually universally known as small. I know a dude with a 3 inch dick and his a very confident fellow and has a girlfriend who seems like a fairly satisfied women.
