How do the people who shoot bangbus not get arrested?

So there is a porn fetish video called bangbus where pornstars would pick up people on the streets and then entice them with money to fuck on a bus. The thing about it is the bus isn't tinted and you can clearly see the outside. This means people can clearly see that people are fucking inside the vehicle. Sometimes there are even scenes where the fuck for a few minutes outside the bus on a side walk and not get arrested.
 Isn't having sex in a van while stuck in traffic where people can clearly see you not warrant for you getting arrested? Hell, they sometime do this while on the highway.

Dude are you serious?

• Any "sidewalk" fucking happens on a studio set.

• The vehicle has dark window tint that -- like ALL dark window tint -- doesn't allow people to see inside, but (obviously) allows people inside the vehicle to see out.
Haven't you ever been in a limo, or a shuttle bus, or even... a car with dark window tint? Same deal bruh.

A quick Google search shows that the police investigated the case and cleared them of any potential legal problems -- because of the window tint.

The Windows are almost mirror tinted on the outside.. Can't see through. And the people they pick up, are actually actors.. When they get ditched.. They're not really getting ditched.
