I usually don't say anything, and count on my breathing getting quicker, maybe a few small moans/whimpers, plus hands tightening in grip on his head/shoulders to carry the message across loud and clear.

If I do say anything, all I've managed to verbalize so far was 'don't stop' or 'keep going'.

my body tenses (especially my legs), i grip whatever is beneath my hands harder (sheets, your hair, curl my fists, etc,), my breathing accelerate, and moan more, and also tend to tell my SO to not stop
