Liking small tits is about being attracted to fit women. Most lean, physically fit women don't have huge, floppy milk bags. Find a woman with a really firm butt and legs and she's likely to have a small rack.

Boobs do not have to be big to appeal. I don't think appreciating small boobs has any thing to do with paedophilia, because they are part of a package that includes other indications of maturity (e. g. hips). I have seen similar claims about a liking for waxed vulvas, and can think of several refutations; visual stimulus, dislike of hair in teeth, etc.

I think that would depend on how small you're talking. Are you talking boy chested? Boy chested is when the girl's chest looks exactly like a boy's chest, no difference in the two.
